Pressed in Pink by Zoë reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review these terms before placing an order.

Products & Services

All products are made to order unless otherwise stated. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our items, slight variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. While we strive for accuracy, occasional pricing or listing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct these errors and cancel or refund any affected orders if necessary.

Payment

Full payment is required before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received. Unpaid invoices will be canceled after 72 hours unless prior arrangements have been made.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be made before production begins. Once production has started, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Shipping

Shipping time is separate from production time. Once an order has been shipped, Pressed in Pink by Zoë is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist customers with filing a claim when applicable.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, graphics, photos, and content on this website are the property of Pressed in Pink by Zoë unless otherwise noted. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Pressed in Pink by Zoë shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
